Presenter folding table bases are manufactured from strong, light, 5mm thick extruded hollow-core polypropylene, making them easy to handle and assemble. Polypropylene is easily cleaned with any non-corrosive household cleaning product. The top is made from MDF which is coated in melamine and edged all-round to provide a durable surface that is food-safe and can easily be wiped down. 

Tables are available in black or white.

Despite their light weight, Presenter folding tables can support a lot of weight on the table top. Without modifications the table will hold 70kg on the top - if your items are heavier that this we can add a reinforcing pack to give extra weight capacity.

The table weighs around 8 kilograms and folds flat for storage and transportation.  

After taking the components out their carton simply unfold the base section, insert the into the base, then place the top on the base by positioning the grooves on the underside of the top into the base.  This assembly process takes around 60 seconds.

The optional accessories can added at this point, such as printed graphic wraps, header boards or flags, sneeze guards and drop-in-trays. Multiple tables can be joined side-by-side to create a larger work & display area without losing portability.

The most popular method of branding these demonstration tables is with an interchangeable graphic ‘wrap’ that covers the front and two sides of the table base. The wrap is printed full colour on hard-wearing and durable banner vinyl. Industrial strength VELCRO® is attached to allow the wrap to quickly and easily be attached to the table base, and to be swapped over quickly if required.

Alternative branding options are also available, including permanent graphics, logo stickers or labels, fabric graphic wraps. Feel free to talk to us about any of these options.

Branding can also be applied to the optional header board that sits above the table.

Heavy duty carry bags. The bag slides over the outside of the cardboard carton provided with each table.  The bags are particularly useful if you are planning to regularly move your tables in and out of cars.  Bags are manufactured using heavy-duty canvas, with adjustable shoulder straps and snatch handles, VELCRO® secured access flap, and a clear pocket for affixing courier labels or product descriptions.
Drop-in trays for ice, food, loose extras such as disposable cutlery, cups or product samples.
Custom finishes on table tops, including wood grains, stone textures, brushed aluminium and block colours.
Cable entry caps to keep the work area clear.  Available in black or white.
Extra shelves inside the table. Each table supplied with one shelf as standard.
Drop-in heat-resistant inserts.  Most popular colours are gloss white and brushed aluminium. Blue colour shown in picture.
Sneeze guards and splash guards. Extra-tall sizes available upon request.
Custom canopies and overhead structures
Flush-fit tops on bases.  The table base can be over-sized to create minimal overhang of the top on the base.

The warranty applies to non-graphic components and is available to the original owner of the unit. The warranty does not cover mistreatment or normal wear and tear.

Standard production lead time for Presenter 1000 Demonstration Tables is 1.5 weeks. This time is calculated from when you place your order and print-ready artwork has been prepared. We take pride in having one of the quickest turn arounds in the display and exhibition industry. Miracles are our specialty, so if you need something sooner than the timeframes below just ask!

(The above times are calculated from the timing of your order confirmation, and in some cases the supply of your print-ready artwork if that is required to commence your job)
